INITIAL EVALUATION ASSESSMENT

  • An initial consultation and assessment are mandatory before starting a fitness program with Léonard.
  • This assessment will be conducted at the beginning and end of the program to monitor your progress and keep you motivated.
  • It will include a review of your medical history, blood pressure measurement, heart rate measurement, oxygen saturation measurement, exercise tolerance test, and photos.
