I used to religiously go to David Lloyd's gym in the UK. My husband took ill with sepsis 3 years ago and I have spent that time nursing him back to health. I have put on so much weight and spent little time for myself that simple mobility became more difficult. Since starting Leonard's Mon, Wed and Fri classes 5 weeks ago and being more careful with my diet I feel more like my old self. My old self knew her way round a gym/exercises etc but I felt I needed qualified advice and someone to push me to a safe limit. He gave me that and more. His gym is small, friendly and well equipped. I love the way he is there correcting your positioning and imparting technical support to get the best out of your workout session in each and every exercise.
